The XPHCC uses Hyperledger, a commercial alliance chain project headed by world-famous companies such as IBM. Hyperledger Fabric, as the current blockchain open source project with the highest community activity and participation, and the largest amount of code, has extremely high project quality in terms of security, scalability, and so on. While ensuring the security and confidentiality of access to quality medical link data, the system architecture can support multi-channel, pluggable consensus to meet the needs of different business scenarios in the actual medical scenario, providing more service value for individual users. Through Hyperledger's Burrow project, the smart contract code on Ethereum and the ERC20 pass are supported to drive the applications and services on the platform. On this platform, the following basic functions are included: the preservation of electronic medical records/health records; the establishment of personnel access rights; the decision-making system of medical staff; artificial intelligence analysis systems; real-time monitoring systems; medical insurance systems; the economic operating mechanism of ecosystems, API and so on.
